What is Yoga?
Yoga is a way of life designed to bring unification and harmony to the body through poses (asanas), breathing (pranayama), and meditation.
What's a typical class like?
Classes typically begin with each individual on a yoga mat grounding and centering through the body and some breathing exercises. We work through various stretches, Warrior Poses, Balance, Spinal Stretches, Inversions, and relaxation poses before a final rest of savasana. In all classes, students are encouraged to do what is best for their practice and to keep breathing. Our breath is our life.
Do you have an introductory class?
Classes listed as “all levels” are appropriate for those brand new to the mat as well as those who have practiced yoga for years.
What is Hatha Yoga?
Hatha yoga is incorporates breathing (pranayama) and poses (asanas) to create more flexibility in mind and body. Transitions between poses are gradual and students focus on proper alignment and breathing.
What is Vinyasa Yoga?
Vinyasa yoga links the asanas (poses) together in a flow accompanied by the breath. Sun salutations, strength, and flexibility of mind and body are incorporated and developed.
What do I wear for class?
Keep it simple, wear clothes you can comfortably move in. There are changing areas if needed.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
We will have everything you need for a successful class. Many individuals prefer to bring their own yoga mat. Some individuals prefer to have a bottle of water.
How much are classes?
$12 Drop in rate
$10 Good Karma Rate (Military, First Responders, Police, Fire-fighters, Teachers, Public Service workers) **If you believe you deserve the Good Karma Rate, just let us know why!
$50 for a Class Package of Six Classes

Honor your body and do what is right for you, on this day, in your practice. Out of respect for you and your time, classes begin and conclude as scheduled. Shoes are not permitted on the training center mat.
